Happy NEW YEAR!!!!! This year we are adding two new elements to our weekly routine. Each week we end with highs and lows and now we are going to add in personal affirmations and goal setting. Our weekly affirmations will encourage us to talk positive about ourselves and others. Our weekly goals will help us focus on one thing we want to accomplish through the week. Through out the week leaders and youth will check in with each other to see how their goal is going.
